Team assignment
Team-based assignment uses round-robin within the team's active members. FVI's teams table tracks each team's membership and the assignment history to ensure even distribution.
Use cases
- Escalation routing — assign critical exceptions to senior analysts.
- Workload balancing — distribute exceptions across team members.
- Specialized handling — assign exceptions to domain experts (FX, crypto, derivatives).
